Four of our Boxers (James Beal, Carl Stout, Ethan Swales and James McMeeking) attended the Tyne Tees and Wear Boxing Squad on the 27/28th of September, along with 49 other boxers which travelled from all over the North East to attend a day of technical work, sparring, bags, pads and strength and conditioning work which was taught by Lewis Cunningham from Darlington University. 

 

John Heighington and Anthony Railton, coaches from Shildon ABC with ten other coaches from various clubs around the North East volunteered their free time to the squad over the weekend.
